        a workout room within a seven minute walk from any home in Barclay Farms.  In comparison, the closest commercial gym is 6 miles away, has limited hours, could be  closed during severe weather, and just isnt convenient.

        a Jacuzzi (very nice during the winter months.)

        a locker room with showers.

        a paid, full-time activities director.

        a monthly schedule that finds few evenings without some planned activity somewhere in the clubhouse. These activities can include:
