This is a wonderful home. The neighborhood is friendly, charming and quiet. The lawn is nicely landscaped and the front yard and driveway are level. Soft carpet runs throughout except for new linoleum tile in the kitchen and one bathroom. The roof is new and the fireplace chimney has been restored. The house has been repainted inside and out. The central air conditioning is fairly new.

The woods behind the house can be viewed from the windows including the large glass door that opens onto the newly floored back deck.  From the dining room and deck, native birds can be seen at the feeders, i.e. cardinals, golden finches, blue birds, chickadees and many others. The golden finches and cardinals nest in the small tree beside the carport.  Sometimes they even nest in my hanging ivy baskets! Deer, rabbits, squirrels and red fox have been seen in the yard.  

This is a peach of a house and I am only selling it because I have had to relocate in southern Arkansas. Nevertheless, I love Bella Vista and I just know you will, too.
