Most of the businesses are all situated down one main street that runs through the middle of town. The school boasts a brand new gymnasium. It is not a town in danger of becoming a dot on the map! Yet it offers the "small-town friendly atmosphere" that many are looking for. The nearest major airport is only an hour away in Fargo. Wahpeton/Breckenridge (population 13,000) is less than 40 miles away and offers numerous additional employment opportunities. The primary industry in the area is farming, but there are several manufacturing establishments nearby as well (within a 45-mile radius.)
