All taxes total, it is cheeper, tax wise, to live in NH. Then, to get the tax lower, we appealed and got the value even lower. So, you will have a real low tax for the true value of the house.

If you are concerned with the cost of heating now, just think of what it will cost ten years for now. I have a house that will protect you against the uncontrollable costs. Now you have control of the cost of heating and a house built to last longer than the regular built home.
