Our home, also known as the Richard Carpenter House, was built in 1819, and is on the historical register. It has a living room with marble fireplace, formal dining room, a den, enclosed porch, large kitchen that awaits remodeling, a breakfast room and the second floor has three bedrooms, each with own bath as well as a sitting room/nursery off the master bedroom. A finished third floor has two more rooms and a bath. There is a full basement with cement floor.
