How do I list my property?Listing on USLister.com is extremely easy (you can probably do it without even reading this FAQ) simply fill out the registration form which can be found by clicking "Sell a Property" and click the "Send Registration" button. After registering you will be automatically be logged in and redirected right to the "Add a Property" Page. Fill out the easy to understand property submission form which will take about 10 minutes to fill out - it is mostly check boxes and dropdown boxes making listing a property a snap. You can also upload up to 20 pictures as well. Will I be able to edit my information?Yes. You can login and edit your listing any time you want 24 hours a day. Changes to your listing will be immediate. Will my phone number or email be visible on the website?Your phone# is only visible if you choose to include it in your listing and your email address is hidden. We use an email reply form which will keep your email confidential but allow prospective buyes to contact you with questions concerning your listing. Your email information may be used when listing on the other websites - some sites require them before allowing a listing. How do prospective buyers contact me?If you choose to list your phone# they can simply call you. There is also a contact form at the bottom or side of every listing which will forward any questions a buyer may have directly to your email . Can I work with an agent and still have my property listed online?Of course. The only concern you will have is with the contract you signed with your realty agent as he may be entitled to some or all of his commision depending on this contract. Does USLister.com receive a commission from the sale of my property?No. We recieve no commissions from the sale of your property. What are the next steps I take if I sell my home?Your best bet would be to hire a lawyer who will protect your interests throughout the entire property selling process. An experienced real estate lawyer can help you evaluate complicated offers, evaluate complex mortgages and/or leases, act as an escrow agent to hold the down payment, review contracts and handle your property's closing process. They can also help to make you aware of any laws and requirements of the property sale such as disclosures, discriminating against any potential buyers, and alot of other legal pitfalls. Bottom line don't try to save here get a lawyer!
